“One Last Rainy Day: The Legacy of a Prince”, Kate Stewart
Published July 27, 2023 • Book 1 of Ravenhood Legacy
“My rainy days are yours, Dominic. If you want them.”
Once upon a time…
There lived a man with a vengeance-filled heart that held too many secrets.
And a woman, pure of soul, intent on uncovering them.
What they failed to realize is that through the storm their love would create…
a legacy would be born.
“Eggs—runny, coffee—black, beer—cold, music—loud, cars,” I floor the gas. She laughs out the rest. “Fast.”

SPOILERS AHEAD
If Flock and Exodus left me shattered emotionally, One Last Rainy Day took whatever fragile bits of my heart were left and ripped them clean out of my chest. This is a spin-off of the first two Ravenhood books, told in Dom’s perspective. And it hurts in the most brutal way. This is not just a bonus for fans—this is essential reading. While this book doesn’t offer closure (if you were devastated by the end of Exodus), this does give the full weight of what loss looks like from the inside.
Reading Dom’s POV during his every moment with Cecelia felt heavy and fragile…and final. It was not in my bingo card to start crying at one word: whoosh. Kate Stewart saw us all grieving at Ravenhood and decided to pour salt in the wound. She stomped on our broken hearts and waded through our tears, and we said, “thank you.”
This book was pain and reverence. And more importantly, this book was for the readers who needed to experience Dom one more time.
